We take ideas from enterprising individuals, universities and hospitals. We analyse every proposal, design a solution and if viable convert them into reality and take into production.

All ideas are carefully analysed to ascertain their feasibility both technically and commercially before any development starts and many ideas, however good, regrettably fail on analysis. Market analyses are carried out together with patent searches and in depth investigations of competitive products and/or technologies.

Only those ideas that are judged to be both technically and commercially feasible will be developed by the Company.
If the potential product has come about because of collaboration then Morgan will generally lead the development and the initial commercialisation.

Morgan’s engineers then develop, build and test breadboards, prototypes and pre-production units, using where necessary outside specialists for such aspects as industrial design.

Quality assurance is the cornerstone of Morgan’s ethos, it is ISO9001-2008, ISO 13485 Approved and is a FDA (Federal Drugs Administration) registered company. All products produced are therefore CE marked.
