Company restructuring

In November and December Morgan underwent a major organizational restructuring to increase efficiency.

Operations Department

The growing production and test departments were merged to form a new Operations Department. All staff are currently being trained and retrained so that by mid 2012 there will be a multi-disciplined team with staff capable of moving around the department when necessary.

More staff will be qualified in machine testing and PCB building.  This new organization will allow Morgan to quickly adapt to peaks in demand.

Richard Reich appointed Technical Director

Rob Smith appointed Operations Director

Howard Clarke appointed Chairman and is now Research Director.
